When I turn on the robot, it has no response. Why?
1. Low voltage: Please recharge all your batteries or replace them with new ones.
2. Improper installation: Batteries might be installed with incorrect polarity (+/-).
3. Wiring error: Check for incorrect wiring on the battery holder or the motor.
When I command the robot to move forward, it moves backward. How can I fix this?
The wiring of the motor is reversed. Please swap the cable connections to correct the direction.
How do I program my robot or restore factory settings?
Download the WeeeCode software, connect the robot to your PC via a USB cable, select the serial port "COM x" and the matching mainboard type. Use "Restore Firmware" for different configurations: "Online Firmware" for real-time testing, "Factory Firmware" to reset to default settings, or "Mobile Firmware" for control via the companion mobile app.
I cannot connect the robot to the computer via USB or wireless. How can I fix it?
Your computer may lack the necessary mainboard driver. Install the driver from the "Help" menu in the WeeeCode software, restart the robot, and attempt connection again.
Why doesn't the robot move when connected to USB power?
USB power only supplies the mainboard chip and onboard sensors. To run motors and servos, you must connect the batteries and turn on the power switch.
Why is the Line-following Sensor not working correctly?
1. Height: Ensure the sensor is positioned 1-2 cm above the map for the best detection range.
2. Environment: Avoid strong ambient light, which interferes with the sensor's optical performance.
3. Map material: Use non-reflective materials to design your custom line-following tracks.
