Q2. What is the production lead time?

1-3 working days for existing/stocked samples. 3-5 working days for custom samples with a logo. For mass production, it takes around 15-35 working days if the goods are out of stock, depending on the order quantity.

Q3. Can I get a sample?

Yes, welcome. We can offer samples for you to check the quality first before placing a main order. The sample can be sent out within 3-7 days after receiving the sample cost.

Q4. About Customized Logo or Package:

Yes, we can customize your own logo imprinting on the product. Some charges may apply depending on your detailed requirements.

Q5. Can I send a picture to you to open my private mold and produce items at a competitive price?

Sure, we specialize in mold design and manufacturing according to customers' special requirements, drawings, or samples. Our chief engineer has worked on molds for over 20 years, and our mold department has 10 engineers.

Q6. I do not like your standard colors. Can I choose any other color? If yes, is there any extra cost?

You can choose from our currently available colors. We can also produce custom Pantone colors according to your preferences. The MOQ is 1000pcs per color, with no extra cost required.
