How long does sampling and general delivery take?
Sampling lead time is between 7 to 14 days. For delivery, brand orders take 7-10 days, while custom ODM/OEM orders take approximately 45-55 days.
What is your product warranty policy?
We guarantee that all products received by customers are fully qualified. If there are any broken parts, please send us detailed photos, and we will send replacements based on actual conditions. Additionally, our products have been globally insured since 2017.
How do you protect intellectual property and design rights?
We sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to safeguard your design details and guarantee that they will not be sold to other parties. For large orders, we are also open to signing exclusivity agreements where we manufacture the products solely for your company.
Are your materials environmentally safe, and can you supply FSC certified wood?
Yes, we prioritize certified and professional materials. Every month, we send paint batches for SGS testing, and we maintain our own product safety laboratory. FSC-compliant materials are available upon request to maintain a sustainable, eco-friendly approach, subject to an 8% cost adjustment compared to standard materials.
