You just need to provide your AI file or clear file, then we can proceed with the sample. It will take about 7 days to finish and deliver.
For simple products, we can offer free samples.
For complex products, there is a mold cost, which will be refunded after placing the order.
We will send you a preview video before shipping the sample.
Q3 How to ship the order to us?
We can ship the goods by sea to your nearest sea port.
We can deliver by air to your nearest airport.
We can deliver by express, such as DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, ARAMEX, and special lines.
Popular delivery methods include sea DDP, air DDP, train DDP, and truck DDP. If you have a warehouse in China, we can deliver directly to it.
Q4 Can you make our design according to our requirements?
We can make your custom designs and we can also help you to create new designs.
If you do not have design files, we have an in-house designer to help you finish them.
Q5 How long will it take to receive my order?
This depends on the complexity of your project. Let us know if you have an urgent deadline and we'll see what we can do. Standard turnaround times (from the date of artwork approval) is 5 to 7 working days. The best way is contacting our sales representatives.
